About Lead, Richard Whitcomb
Richard Whitcomb, has more than 20 years’ worth of economic development and regeneration experience and has led high profile commissions for a host of Scottish local authorities and for the Scottish Government and its agencies.
He has worked across the UK and for the European Commission. He has strong socio-economic and labour market analysis skills and particular expertise in regeneration, case-making, business needs analysis and business competitiveness. He has worked across Scotland and led pan-Scotland sector research studies and evaluations. He led supplier frameworks covering appraisal, economic research, sector analysis, evaluation and economic intelligence services for Scottish Enterprise, Highlands and Islands Enterprise and local authorities.
